Into the Horizon offers a few ticket choices designed to provide you an option that fits your budget and experience expectations.
If you're like me, having a hotel nearby at a music festival is a really good idea as well so you might also consider a hotel stay to make the most out of your weekend!

Into the Horizon Music Festival San Diego
How Much Does a 2026 Ticket to Into the Horizon Cost?
The ticket cost will depend on the type of ticket you're buying. Below you'll find the absolute up to the minute prices for all the tickets still available as of the week before the big 2026 event!
The General Admission ticket or GA ticket will give you access to the main festival area.
A 2-day GA ticket will cost you $200, plus fees. If you want to go Saturday or Sunday only, a one-day GA ticket will cost you $105 for each day, plus fees.
You can also upgrade your experience to a VIP ticket. This ticket type includes access to a special VIP area with exclusive front-stage access, an elevated viewing area, dedicated solar-powered and flushable portable toilets, and private bars. A 2-day VIP ticket will cost you $405, plus fees. A VIP ticket for Saturday will run you $220, plus fees, while a Sunday VIP ticket will cost you $200, plus fees.
You can upgrade your tickets in advance or upon arrival, but VIP is based on availability. My advice is to buy them ahead of time or upgrade before you go so you don't miss out.
Where Can I Buy Tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online now through the official Into the Horizon website. While you can buy them when you get there, it's recommended to buy them in advance. This way you can get in quicker and get the party started!
Note that there are no ticket refunds. If something comes up and you can't go, you can transfer your tickets to a friend but you won't be able to get a refund.
What Are the Best Accommodations Near the Into The Horizon Festival 2026?
If you've ever been to a big music festival then you know that they are a ton of fun, the drinks will be flowing, and you'll be tired after the experience.
With that in mind, our team at Go Visit San Diego team recommends staying at a hotel in Downtown San Diego near Waterfront Park. We focused on our absolute favorite hotels that are within a short drive, or even walking distance, from the venue!

Looking up at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego
Hard Rock Hotel San Diego
The Hard Rock Hotel San Diego in the Gaslamp Quarter is one of my favorites because of its very chill music theme. I love the rooftop pool and bar, and the rooms are always very comfortable as well.
The way I see it, if you're going to a music festival, why not stay at a music-themed hotel, right?

Valet and Entrance to the Moxy San Diego Downtown Gaslamp Quarter
Moxy San Diego Downtown
Another Gaslamp Quarter favorite is the Moxy San Diego Downtown by Marriott which has a funky, unique feel with comfortable beds and an interesting lobby.
In addition to being a short San Diego rideshare or about 30-minute walk from Waterfront Park, the hotel is also close to Petco Park and Seaport Village. This prime location would provide you the perfect opportunity to catch a Padres game against the Dodgers that weekend, or to do some shopping before or after you get your fill of live music!

Cabanas at the Carte Hotel San Diego
Carte Hotel San Diego Downtown, Curio Collection By Hilton
The closest hotel of our three recommendations is less than 10 minutes from the venue grounds. The 4-star Carte Hotel San Diego Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton is modern and clean with a pool and fantastic rooftop bar.
If you choose the Carte Hotel, you'll be able to visit Little Italy by foot in about 10 minutes for a delicious meal, or the San Diego Zoo in Balboa Park with a short San Diego rideshare. Those are two of our founder Todd's favorite spots in the city!
