As we approach the middle of March, we're getting quite close to that time of year when everyone is infused with the luck of the Irish! St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner.
My family loves to dress in green, eat cabbage and corned beef, and my wife and I might even enjoy a green beer or two.
If you live in San Diego or are planning to visit this coming weekend, March 14th, and are like me, then you'll want to attend the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade & Festival. It's an event few San Diegans like to miss, and it's one that I personally think everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime.
For 2026, regulars can expect a lot of the usual, but there will also be some updates and surprises. The good news is that our team at Go Visit San Diego has learned a lot about the events over the years and is ready to let you know what to expect!
